The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance between casual comfort and lively entertainment. Whether you're kicking back inside with friends or enjoying the outdoors in their sunny cornhole area, Brickhaus is a community cornerstone. Live music on Fridays and Saturdays further enhances the inviting vibe, creating memorable evenings infused with local culture and friendly conversation. Tiana O’Briant's review describes it best: a “laid back atmosphere” where good brews and engaging company converge — even featuring a bartender who is a professional fire breather, adding a flair unique to Brickhaus Brewtique.
Service here is consistently praised, with team members who are attentive and quick to resolve any occasional hiccups—like Jeremy Bourne’s experience with an undercooked hamburger swiftly corrected and "f**king awesome" fries that kept him coming back. While some guests wish the beer were colder or a bit more affordable, the overall warmth of the staff and quality of food and drinks create a winning combination that delivers genuine satisfaction.
In sum, Brickhaus Brewtique is not just a bar or grill—it’s a dynamic social hub where local flavor, craft beverages, and good times come together under one roof. It stands as a testament to Meridian’s welcoming spirit and vibrant community, making it a must-visit destination for locals and visitors alike.
Service was great. First hamburger came out way under cooked, they corrected the issue quickly. Fries were f**king awesome. I will definitely be returning.
The atmosphere and service is excellent. Just wish the beer was colder and not quite so pricey.
Fantastic selection of craft beer with a staff that really knows their stuff. Good food too! Loved the low key atmosphere with clientele that were enjoyable to spend a few hours with. Would totally go back for another visit!
During a walk around downtown Meridian, my husband and I decided to stop by. It's such a layed back atmosphere. Great conversation had with the bartender and a local. They were very informative about craft and domestic brews. Our bartender is also a professional fire breather! On Friday and Saturday they have live music. They had an outdoor area to enjoy the sun and cornhole play. Good brew, and good times!
I've had a very good experience here. I order the curly dog and it was very very good. Are we first came through and she was so nice and very considerate. Even though she made mistakes here and there, she made a joke about it and we all laugh and appreciate her a knowledge in any mistakes that she made. But she was still very good. This is a good place to eat if you don't mind waiting for your food to come out. Everything is cooked fresh.
Very relaxed bar and grill. Food was good with some very interesting items. Fried zucchini was good but slices were a bit thick. The monster burger was as promised but definitely a fork and knife burger since bun will collapse after two bites. Philly Cheese steak had good flavor and plenty of some excellent fries. Would come back for a second visit.
